Tracy is the Lead Planner at BCG and focuses on serving her community for real estate financing for over 35 years. Since childhood, I have linked making others happy or helping others to my own happiness. My mission and life purpose are to serve others and bring them happiness. I get to do it daily, being your Kitchener-Waterloo Mortgage Agent!
I do the same for our team, I guide and train them so they can help their clients with their financing needs. I pass along my experience, contacts, and our volume discounts.

Another Why, is the fact I am a Wife, Mother, and Grandmother. Mother to Ross and Dean and married for 33 years to husband, Chris.
There is no greater honor and blessing than being a Parent and now a Grandparent to my grandson Verick and granddaughter Blake. I am motivated to assist my family in building wealth as investors as well as being there for them as a Parent, Mom, and Grandma.
I am blessed to have my children living in our community, so they are close. I am a strong advocate of family and building lasting memories as a homeowner.
When we assist you with purchasing a house, knowing you will raise your family in that house makes it a HOME. That is the silver lining in our business is the visualization of your family in your home building memories.
I have actively been part of this community, Region of Waterloo since birth. Born in Cambridge, raised in Waterloo, and now live in Kitchener.
I went to both Universities and graduated from Laurier. I was actively involved in sports, was President of ROW Swim Club for many years as well as raising funds to save the Laurier Pool in 2008. I continue to volunteer as part of the Finance and Audit Committee with Swim Ontario. We work to support a National Training Centre in Toronto as well as carding athletes to develop the talent you see winning medals for Canada in the Pool. This success is all done with a small staff and lots of volunteers.
I sit on the Kitchener Waterloo Kidsport Board which financially supports disadvantaged youth with access to sports programs in Kitchener-Waterloo.
